Prophet and his human at Briggs Stable, circa 2008. Prophet, aka Costa Brassy, was born April 1985 in New York State and spent his formative years running claiming races at Finger Lakes Racetrack. Since retiring from active racing, he's done a bit of teaching, some dressage and eventing, and now applies himself to landscape photography while trying to teach his human the finer points of thoroughbred handicapping.
